Help Me Pls

My car is a 2001 325Ci sport and since i bought it last September frm Altwood Windsor BMW it has been pulling to the left.

I went back in 3 weeks they said its tyre pressures

the same master technician too it out a few weeks later and said it all over the place.

He did a full KDS but it still pulled to the left.

i went back twice after and the same master tech said it doesnt pull to the left.

i phoned BMW UK who said to get a 2nd opinion and went to Sytner High Wycombe. The master tech there said it defo pulls to the left.

but altwood are refusing to admit its their fault.

what should i do?

get an AA report done,,,then its in black and white....a completely independent test

then go back there armed with your info,,,and see what they say....also get a written estimate /quote from the other garage as well to repair the problem....then you have TWO bits of proof

got my car back on thursday.

bmw changed the front control arms and bushes under warranty
