HELP? I got rim/wheel questions..

So if you want 19" rims on a non M3 e46 you have to "roll out your fenders? How do you do that.. what exactly does that mean?? Yes. I am an idiot.

How can I get the look of the M3 wheels.. tall and wide.. I don't want m3 front wheels all around..

Is it possible to do without buying a full aftermarket m3 kit??

i have the 99 e46 sedan.. want 19" or bigger. Yes.. I know its gawwwwwdy. I want more look than performance..
