Ok, I am an idiot. The pulley came right off after banging on it enough to chip off a small piece. Another $45.00.
Anyone have a belt diagram for my car? I placed it on in a way in which there is too much slack and if they sold we the wrong one

Also, it was definately my water pump. The old one is trash. Looks like melted plastic in the pulley. The good news is that the plastic impeller was intact, with the exception of a few gouges from where it made contact with the engine block once the bearing was toast. A metal impeller might have made more of an impression on the block
