HELP!!! DSC light

Just recently, each time I rev high from start, when I change to 2nd gear my DSC light comes on (blinks) and I seem to lose some traction, so it takes some time for the car to pick up when the gear engages. I have never had this problem. And it seems to occur regardless of the gradient of the road. Anyone knows what is happening?

My tires are brand new Khumo all seasons. I just installed them last week.

Check closely the tires and make sure that all 4 tires are the correct size.

The tires are the same size. My fronts are 225/45/17 and the rears are 245/40/17.
