Help! Buying A 330ci

im getting a new 330ci, gonna order asap. to SMG or not to SMG used .....that is the question. with the smg, is there a program or somthing where u can rev the engine and then go into first, like dumping the clutch? if so, how? what im planing to get is a mystic blue with black interior, sprt pkg, xenons, and nav. the msrp for that wiht manual is about 41,360. about how much could i get off. and last question......has any one bought a car from SOUTH BAY BMW? if so....any person u would recomend...... ANY responses would be awsome.

That is a good question. I have the clutchless automatic in mine...so I cannot say much about SMG. Although, I will say I enjoy picking my way through the gears sometimes and other times letting the auto transmission do it.

Having had manual tranny cars beofre I cannot say I miss much except maybe the locomotion of using my left foot when I change gears.

I think the whole argument is similiar to the single malt vs. blended scotch argument. Everyone jsut assumes that single malts are the best without trying any blends.
