CAN ANYBODY HELP !!!
DRIVING HOME TONIGHT, TEMP STARTED RISING,LOST POWER STEERING ALL SORTS OF LIGHTS CAME ON !
WHEN I LIFTED THE HOOD THE DRIVE BELT WAS OF THE WHEELS AND THE WATER PUMP WAS HANGING OFF!
IHAD IT IN THE GARAGE LAST WEEK DUE TO A COOLANT LEAKAGE WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE A CRACKED EXPANSION TANK, WHICH WAS REPAIRED.
COULD THERE BE ANY CONNECTION TO WHAT HAPPENED TO-NIGHT ?

The water pump was hanging off? Are you sure that you don't mean the pulley had maybe come off? or maybe the Thermostat housing blew off? Because it would take a freak of nature to blow that water pump off and leave it hanging.
