Heating Question

So here's the deal...

When I turn on the heat no hot air comes out of the middle vents. However, hot air does come out at the bottom and the top & bottom (Defrost & Feet).

Anyone know why? This causes my car to take forever to get warm.

Roll the 2 wheels on either side of the vents upward until the white indexes are all the way up.Rotate the center wheel up until you see 3 red dots.
