Heater ?

hi all i have a 02 325 it just turned a little cold here ,i turned the temp up to warm the car for the kids. the heater acts up it somtimes blows hot then blows cold? the air worked fine in the summer . its got 92000 miles i added a little coolent to it ,,the little stick was not up when i took the cap off ? do you think it was low.? or can it be the heater core? the windows did fog up when it was cold.like in the 40's please help thanks.......

I bet the heater core needs a look.

Check trapped air and also check if you have not lost water again. If so, you may have a leakage or crack from somewhere.
