I will probably sound like a total noob bum im sorry cuz i need to know, i am interested in buying some angel eyes for my 3 series and i have noticed that some angel eyes sets are for projector headlight and some are for non-projectors headlight, and i do not know which headlights i have, i have a 2005 330xi and i will post a picture of them here, please help
Are they the blueish, high intensity type? The outer low or dipped beam is clearly a projector type. The inner main or bright beam is a complex reflector sort, does it have day time running lights? Cause I think you have a very good set of lights now, changing to get the halo rings could result in less quality in the actual lights.
Yeah the are blueish almost blueish type, it does not have daytime running lights unless i manually turn on, I do not want to change my headlights, just install some angel eyes, thanks very much again
Ya witeshark is right. in your pics the light on the right is a projector type and the one on the left is a halogen those are your brights (or "high beams").

guys. comon, ok deadman dont worry about them. your headlights are the xenon hid lights. they are on the outside. the ones on the inside are high beams and daytime lights. i have a 330xi aswell and this is my style. on the side note dont you just love the flickr when you turn your xenon on? i dont know why but i think that is so cool everytime. get some pics once they are installed i would like to do this to mine
Deadman, your headlights are the projector type, 100%. I have the same headlight as yours and I have installed an angel eyes on my car last year. I recommend that you guy the best angel eyes in the market from Umnitza and get the Orion V2. It took me one day installing it and they are worth it. These angel eyes are way better than the original factory angels eyes and anything you can buy at Ebay.
There are links with pictures on how to install the angel eyes.
I also have to make a correction on you radpseed's reply to you. Your headlights are bi-xenon. Which means that the high and low beam are on the same bulb and housed inside that projector housing. These are the outer lights. The inner lights are the reflector types which you can see the H7 bulb easily. That is the DRL (day running lights) and flasher. The high beam is not in reflector bulb as radspeed said.
