my noisy electric window problem (see earlier thread), I'm now trying to fix another, older problem. The passenger's (RHD) front window only moves whilst my finger's on the button - I can't use the two-position switch to close it unless I keep my finger on the switch. Is this a switch fault, or something in the wiring? Will changing the switch fix it?
it's consistent. Can't remember when it started, but all 3 other window switches work as they should. Just the front LH, you have to keep your finger on the switch. I could try changing the switch - do they just pry out of the aluminium trim?
