Has anyone everyone bought rims and had to put wheel
adapters on to change the bolt pattern so that your new rims would
fit??? If so, did your tires stick out too much? DId it work?
I'm in the process of possibly having some made for
my car?
i would have to go against using wheel spacers. they do make the tires stick out beyond the body of your car unless you have a deep offset on the rims you have now and you are getting ready to change over to a wheel that has less offset than the ones that are on the car. you should be able to find out what kind of offset you have on your wheels by just asking any respectable tire shop about it. they should be able to tell you what kind of wheel spacer and what kind of offset on the new rims that you can have. there are two more options also, you can just change the entire rotor assembly or if the wheels that you plan on putting on the car do stick out you can accomodate the difference by adding fender flares.
