My ol' man wants a BMW really bad and saw a 1999 BMW 323i for sale. They are asking 14,900 for the car with 69000 miles. I didnt think that was such a good deal and told him it should be more like 12,000. Its not a bad lookin car, a dark hunter green color, the wheels are 15" and they really really look small under it. 5-spd. Has a ding about the size of a dime near the trunk. Id offer them 12 and only take less- Whatta you guys think? Were the 99' 323i's good vehicles? Im sure they are but just wondering if there are any common problems with that line of cars. Thanks.

14900 is a pretty good "reasonable" asking price. You can't them much cheaper for an E46 model. I say go for it. May be drop it down to 14 or 13 and half.
