Gear Slipping

i have 330xi. after reading how fast this car can go, i drove 110mph last weekend. i noticed something really weird. i was doing about 80 and 90, i stepped on the gas pedal hard. it downshifted and rpm went up. as it shifts to the next gear, it slipped and the car jerked a lot. is this normal? my transmission had to be reprogramed because when i first put in drive, gear won't go in right away. whenever the car downshift to go faster and then upshift, there is usually a big jerk. is this normal? if it's not, what do u recommend?? the car is not even two years old. i bought it brand new and it gives me all kinds of problems. please help!!!

Take it to the shop. My 16 year old bimmer doesnt even give me those kinds of problems.

If you want to race how come you dont use your steptronic?

This is not standard it sounds like a worn brake band in the box this won’t store any fault but make the car shudder when you boot in at high speed. BMW warranty should replace the box FOC (Free Off Charge) If for some reason they won’t replace it it can be adjusted but you really need to know what your doing
