Front Power Windows In All Window Mode

test driving a 2005 330 cic. Used the remote to close the roof and roll up the windows but only the rear windows came up. Tried the inside "all window up" lever and again only the two rear windows came up. They do come up individually with their respective buttons.

Tried again on a 2004 and the "all window up" lever does raise all windows.

Anyone else experienced this problem?

The dealer called yesterday - said somehow the computer had lost it's programming, and was easily reprogrammed. Is it odd that it would lose programming for such a specific function as 2 of the 4 windows?
