Question front fogs

hi ive got a 2004 320d and its got what looks like blanking plates where the front fogs should be, ive got another light switch to install but can anybody tell me if the wiring will already be in the bumper ready to connect up

Ok thanks guess ill be leaving the blanks then. Dont get much fog anyway
