Smile front end shuttering

Okay guys, I have a 2000 BMW 328ci. I have started to get a shuttering or vibration in the front end. It only happens when the cruise control is set to about 60 mph or about 2200 rpm and I transition up a hill. It doesn't do it on a flat road or going down a hill. Any ideas? It is Automatic not manual.
