while you have the valve cover off clean as much as you can out. Also run about 1/3 or a can of Seafoam through it.... Add it on the last 1500 miles..... do that on your next 2 oil changes and you should be fine.

but arent engine flush bad i heard stories of engines breaking down after a week later
done properly, you shouldn't have problems. I think most people forget to read AND follow the instructions - you do get in trouble that way
** DO NOT leave motor flush in your engine for more than 10mins @idle; and never rev an engine that is being flushed.
Flush after all, is using a solvent to melt away the sludge an slop in your engine, it dissolves, mixes in your old engine oil; and is carried away with the oil change.
SEAFOAM like alpine suggests is good as well... it cleans your engine while you drive ;-)
Under no circumstances use a flush. Get yourself some Auto-Rx and a new filter and dino or Group III synthetic and clean it slowly and safely. Google BITOG and it will give you all the info you neeed. Good luck..s
Group IV is PAO, Group V is ester (POE). Ask your oil supplier tech line. You want an oil with zero Group IV or Group v for Auto-Rx clean rinse. You need to spend time at BITOG to learn about oils, fuels, additives, etc. Cheers..s Google BITOG
