Follow-me-home function?

what's the follow me home fuction? I am just looking at the new 3 series, and the specs said it has this function, but I don't know what it is

Also, what's the on board computer? is it the tiny screen, or is it the huge screen? cuz I know the big screen is a navigation system, but is the on board computer just the tiny screen that displays the temperatures? or is it something else?

Follow me home, iirc, is a setting which allows you to flip the brights on/off after youve turned off the engine. Your lights will stay on for 60/90/120 seconds (programmable) to "follow you home".

The on-board computer was standard on mine (330i) - however I believe it is the small screen below the guages. The OBC gives the following information - Time, Outside Temperature, Gas Milage, Average Speed, Mileage Remanining in Gas Tank. It is _not_ the Nav System.

....although the colour Nav system has a slightly more detailed on board computer in adition to the one on the dash
