I was wondering if this part would fit on the 2001 325Ci w/sports package.

Fog light trim

On the site, it says it's for the M3 (in the fitment section), which I, unfortunately do not have

It says it also fits an M-sport package (which is not the sports package I have on my car I don't believe). Please correct me if I am wrong.

Im pretty sure the sport pack is the M sport pack. have a look if your front bumper is the sam design as the one in the picture. BMW do hav a different sport front bumper but its less roundy and has more squared off edges

My fog lights are round. I have the stock front bumper on the car (whatever came with the 2001 sports package). I don't think I have the M-sport package because don't they normally put the M-sport door sill runners if you have that? I thought the m-sport package was something they recently introduced as an option, which was not available on the 2001.

I am in Canada, so I am wondering if we have different options/front bumpers on our cars than the US.

My fog lights are not in the lower corners of the bumper. They are closer to the license plate area in the middle. My fogs are also smaller than my friend's fogs (he has a 2003 330Ci with M-sport package). His fogs are in the corners of his bumper and are much larger than mine.

I think that this trim will NOT fit my car as I don't even see a black version of the trim around my fogs right now. used

If your fogs are sphere shaped, then these rings will not fit.

I suggest you do what woobiee did and paint them.
