Okay so it seems that everything is being sold on the internet these days, so I didn't think I'd have a problem finding a pair of front floormats for my Bimma, but after a long search I am still coming up with nothing, do I really have to buy these from a dealer?

While they don't include any BMW factory lettering, Bavarian Autosport has a lot to choose from. I kinda like the berber mats with embroidered model numbers.

Best place on the web to buy floor mats!
I bought a set very nice indeed!
I had 'BMW' embroidered on the front mats!
Take a look, Quality much better than the dealer.

Hmmm... Okay, this is getting slightly frustrating...

The guy at BMWWheels doesn't know what the hell he's talkign about, they dont' even know the diff. between an e36 and an e46, they claim the bodystyle changed in 2001.... yet I am driving a 1999 e46 every day.....

I guess i'm off to making my own or going to bite the bullet and go to the dealer ghead

Just go to the dealer compare your floor mats to that of a 2001 to 2004 car!
If you have to take the floor mats out of both cars and put them on top of each other.
If you dont have any ask to see what they look like in your car.
Just see if they fit.
If they are the same just order for a 2001.
Not a biggie
