Sorry man, I have no experience with this, however, I do know that BMW also has a "worry free" warantee for thier vehicles as well, at least for the new ones, where they cover oil changes ect. You still have 2 years left and plenty of miles. Not all dealers are the same, and perhaps, going to another dealer would suffice. I'm not sure, so I could be wrong.
