Exhaustion pipe - problem or not

Guys,
My BMW’s exhaustion pipe covered with black burned stains. What can cause it? Does it a problem with engine or something else? What do I need to do in this case? Thank you in advance.

I'm assuming you're talking about the inside of the pipes? looks normal to me, maybe you're running a little rich and it has stained the walls.

yea looks pretty normal to me... my guess id youve just never looked at the pipe that closely before... if its not giving a check engine light then i wouldnt worry about it... visually looks fine to me...
