Ebay Angel Eyes are BAD!?

I'm very new to car stuff, but I'd like to install angel eyes into my car, which is 2000 323i...
and when I was searching about it over the internet, I heard ppl saying that Angel Eyes from Ebay are bad in quality... cheap bad..

I was thinking of buying this one:
98-04 05 BMW E46 CCFL HALO ANGEL EYE KIT 3-SERIES 2D/4D - (eBay.ca item 160256325533 end time 05-Jul-08 00:05:47 EDT)

Can anyone had experience buying the angel eyes from Ebay? what do you think?

That kit looks ok, just keep in mind you'll have to take apart your headlights to install it--which can be pretty hairy.
