E90 320d Power Loss - Help - BMW Forum

Hi,

I have just bought a new 320d Sport, and been experiencing intermittent power loss. It seems to happen after I have driven for a while stop the car and then start it again soon after. It's not complete power loss, it just crawls to 3000rpm and then takes of after that. If I stop the car and leave it for 40mins or so the problem is resolved. The dealer has replaced the turbo and camshaft sensor but still has not resolved the problem.

Does anybody have any ideas?

I would take it back to the dealer. Most of the people on this board are from the US and we don't have any of the BMW "d" cars here so you probably won't find too much help with your issue. In the US if you take your car that is under warranty to the dealer a certain amount of times for the exact same issue and it doesn't get fixed you can make the dealer buy it back.
