E90 320d & 330d....

Hi All,

Although I've posted on her before, this is my first posting since being a BMW driver……. Having got a company 320d M Sport Auto in December, and just ordered a 330d Touring for my wife to use…. So far we're loving it!!
We only test drove the 330d Auto, has anyone driven the E90 330d manual? Just wondered what its like.

What are peoples feeling on the E90 M Sport models? I was quite disapointed that I couldn't drive mine 'comfortably' down a typical UK country lane (i.e, quite bumpy) anywhere near the speeds I could drive my previous Mondeo TDCi Estate due to the suspension bottoming out and making the car feel unstable.
Having said that, everything else about it is excelent, and as someone who always shyed away from Auto's, I'm very impressed with the engine/gearbox combination.

Cheers

be cautious of the e90 "M" models, i think in europe (or uk) they just tack on the outside bits, without any suspension or other substantial mods. unlike the performance package on e46.

is e90 330d already on sale in the uk???
