how can i get the ac to stop turning on when i start my car? everytime i start it its on its really annoying.

I find it really annoying too. Unfortunately there is no way to default it to off. Just gotta leave it on the lowest setting.

Turn the AC off before turn off your car.

That's just how it is. You have to turn it off every time you turn the car on. I don't think that's a big deal, though.

Yeah, my e46 328i doesn't do that. My AC only comes on when I push the snowflake button. You can turn the vents off completely by turning the fanspeed all the way down.

Wacky-do car man.

its weird now i have been noticeing that it comes on sometimes and sometimes it doesnt.
