I have a Bosch alternator in my car and I have no complaints about it what so ever. I'm not sure what the price difference is between the two but make sure it matches up with the same amps as your old one or you will be under powering your electronics.
You can get a remanufactured one (AutoZone) and it should be fine. Most come with a warranty. I use a remanufactured alternator in my truck and its been over a year since i installed it with no issues. Bosh is just the OEM supplier.
