I have had similar problem with my 2000 E46 Sedan. I basically found out a pattern where the ABS, the DSC lights and the brake lights are always on after I started the car in the morning. The events that seem to
cause the lights to go on is when I park my car at a particular spot on my street. The ground of that spot is not leveled and is tilted to the left. 10 out of 10 times I park at the spot, the next morning the lights would come on, all i do is drive to another place, and restart the car and resets everything. I noticed the problem 5 months ago and it has never been a problem since, as long as i don't park at that spot.

Obviously this is not very scientific, it is all based on a very small sample size.

good luck
