| Hi,
I'm a proud to have a 330D since this year, and here comes the snow !
I'm very existing to test that kind of car in slippery conditions. (I had a couple of escort RWD when I was student, and it was very funny).
So I push on DSC to switch of the functionnality but traction control and ESP is still present. Not in a fully mode but I cannot make big slide as I expected !
It seems that above 40-50 km/h (means about 30 Mhp) it takes control when you oversteer, and when you try to make some slide it reduces Rpm of engine.
As well when you try to start in the snow, I make a full throttle, engine goes to 4000rpm but the car is not moving as fast as it should, the rpm goes to 2000 and when the car is moving faster Rpm goes up.
I'm very sad about that stuff.
Anyone as a idea to completely switch off the DSC/traction control ?
Michaël
Ps: car come from Belgium (europe) market. |
