Driving my bimmer hard - BMW Forum

Hey guys,
I posted before with pics, but I just got a 330CI 2002 sports and prim package and I just love it. I really like to put it in sport and give it a lot of gas and the computer almost redlines it if I do this. Now, since I dont have unlimited funds, I want to make sure this is not bad for the car. I keep it very clean and plan on maintaining it very well but Im not sure if driving it hard is bad for the car in the long run...I know they are little beasts but I dont want to have future problems....THANKS!!

Reving your engine upto 6000 is no problem, bmw's are meant for that, so you can do that but make sure you're not just reviing it at stand still, it need good air flow and also too cool the engine. I have been driving my engine hard for the last 2 years I have'nt had any engine or transmission problems.
