Driveshaft??

I have a 2004 325xi. I've been experiencing noise from my front right wheel area along with vibration for about a week now. Yesterday I was driving home and I lost complete power to all wheels. I am not sure whether it has to do with the transmission or more likely driveshaft. Thanks for any input you may have for this problem.

Probably a wheel bearing. What kind of noise is it?

Being an X-Drive, the vehicle powers all four wheels at once. Its not selectable AWD.

Like a playing card in bike spokes is the best way to describe the sound. If that makes any sense.

Hmmm, probably a wheel bearing then. Hard to say without hearing it. Most of the time when a wheel bearing fails though it makes a low grumbling sound.
