| Door lock mystery
Key lock in drivers door recently froze. The key fob would not unlock the doors (it would make a 'click sound').. Only way to get in the car was to climb in the trunk. Dash mounted 'unlock' button would not work. Pulling on door handles from inside did not open doors.
Once home a splash of lock de-icer freed-up the tumblers on the driver's door key hole. The drivers door could now be opended using the key to unock. However no other doors unlocked w/ the drivers door. Inside drivers door latch will open the door, wheather locked or unlocked... but other doors will not open from inside or out.
The key fob and dash button will lock the drivers door, but not unlock. All other doors do not respond.
In a bizare quirk... the DRL's are now on...? i did not change any settings.
Going to try to disconnect the battery and see if symptoms change w/o power.. or if there is a way to reset...
