does warranty coverage include alignment?

Hi all, I have a 2010 335d model and since i bought the car (Dec. 27 2009), i noticed a mild pulling of the wheel to the right and the first time, i took it to the dealership, they simply said that there was nothing wrong and i continued to drive it for almost year and now have approximately 15K miles on it. I still notice that the pull to the right is stronger than it was because on a straight road, if i take the hands of the wheel, after a few seconds, it starts to drift to the right and sometimes even quicker based on the banking of the road. I called the dealer and told them I might be running into an alignment problem and they told me that if its in fact an alignment problem or tire balancing, it is not covered under the 4 yr. 100K mile warranty and that i will have to pay $300+ for the alignment etc. etc. My question, does anyone know if alignment or/and tire balancing is not covered under the 4yr/100K miles warranty. I recall seeing something from BMW that they will fix all repairs free for the first 4 yrs.
