Difference In 2001 Vs 2002 330i

Looking at buying 2001 or 2002 330i. is there any major differences in the car or is it package only?

No major differences in 2002's but a few worth mentioning......

facelift for sedans only (headlights stretched out and narrowed)
optional xenons are now bi-xenon, meaning low and high beams are HID (99-01 - only low beam are xenon, high beam are halogen)
re-calibrated steering (although late 01's are said to have the corrected steering)
re-shaped headrests
in-dash CD is now standard (although most 01's will still have a CD player)
titanium interior trim available
revised climate controls
rear side airbags now optional
optional navigation has bigger dashboard screen

Also, '02's will have some warranty left, whereas only later model '01's will have any, and little at that.
