DENT!!! 2000 328ci

i just discovered another dent on my rear driver fender!!!!!

1) how do you find out who did it?
2) is it legal for me to kill them for dinging my bmw?
3) if not... can i seriously hurt them?

this is why i park in the very back of the parking lot no matter where i go.. i don't care if the very front parking spot is available.. i park my car in the mix of other cars ONE time.. and i get dinged... what a shame...
anyways.. i'm just here to vent, can someone please answer my questions?

1. Unless you have a security camera, or they left a note, good luck.
2. It should be, but unfortunately I don't think that will fly in a court of law.
3. Yes, it is encouraged.

Sorry to hear about the new ding in your fender, most people don't even care about their own cars, so why would they care about our cars.......I always park my car alone in a parking lot.......like at least a 10 car perimeter.....
If the dents bother you that much & the dings have no paint damage, look into PDR....
Paintless Dent Removal.......I think they charge about $150.00 a panel.
I had this done to my car last year, when my car's roof was vandelized @ my workplace parking lot......It cost me $350.00 for 3 dings in my roof....It was well worth it for me, because every time I looked @ those dents it made me very angry .....the charge was higher because the headliner had to be removed......
