I have broken the original remote control key and transponder. When I try to start the engine the control lights come on, but the engine doesn't start because of Immobiliser. Could someone tell me if there is any way how to deactivate the Immobiliser?. This is BMW E46 318ci, year 2002. Thank you, Losna.
There is a way to disarm the immobiliser with just the key, using certain key turn sequences... Sorry I can't help you further as I seem to use more spanners than keys these days LOL
