Sounds like the brakepad warning to me also (one yellow circle inside half parthesis)
I could be wrong, but it looks like you need a servicing. How many miles do you have on her? I would recommend that if you can't afford to bring the car to a mechanic, or if you prefer to do work on the car yourself, get a Peake Research Code reader, it'll read your OBC to find any error codes and tell you what they mean.
The "engine management light" I'm assuming that's comprable to the little symbol of an engine or "check engine" light or even "check engine soon" light. That could mean anything from an open gas tank to a bad cylinder firing. Using that tool could help you better identify what it is. There are also reset tools for the airbags, however, that really should be checked. Have you recently been in an accident or have just purchased her? Do you know if it's history if you got it used?
The last thing, I'm assuming, are your brake pads, they're low and have tripped the brake pad sensor. If that's the case, they're simple to change, just need a small jack and pretty much the tools that come with the car (basically speaking of course).
I'm sorry I cannot be of more help. I know how annoying those damn lights can be.
BTW,
Dough
ps... what's a V reg?

V reg refers to the year of registration in the UK. Each year uses the next letter of the alphabet. I don't know what year V represents (as I've been away from the UK for a while).

Speaking of PEAK RESEARCH SCAN TOOL I have bought one to read the check engoine light on my 1999 E46 318SE ( from Uk), i got a fault code of AB and the table to read off is 61 but the fault code book does not have table 61! Can anyone tell me what the fault code AB represent for my BMW please?
I have had the air bag light problem before. It is activated under the seat by something attached to the seatbelt bit on the seat. I found that I used to keep a pouch with my CD's under my seat and must have knocked it a few times. Strangely it was on my previous E46 which was a V reg 318ise. )
The brake pad warning came on too, which is yellow circle with three blobs on each side. It just means they are low and will need replacing.
