Dash lights stereo not working

Yesterday I was driving my 2005 325i and I drove over some railroad tracks my lights in my dash and stereo quiet working and the turn signals also did not work in the dash but worked outside of the car. Maybe a fuse? not sure were they are located but anyways any help would be great.

A look at the fuses would be the first thing.

Check fuses they are located in the glove box. should be two white levers that you rotate and it drops down.

Check the fuse that is located in the back of the radio itself. There were a few threads on another forum that mention this blown fuse to cause some of the problems you are having. Also you may need to check the relays that are under the hood. Could also be the early indications of either a battery or alternator issue. However alot of the links I'm posting at the bottom point towards the radio being the culprit.
