Could use some buying advice..

So I'm going out tomorrow to look at this car:

**Price will drop after this week to $9999.....2003 BMW 325XI AWD...**

Any particular questions I should ask the seller, or things I should look out for? It seems to almost be to good of a buy... Any advice would be appreciated... Look out for other postings as well from me, I'm looking at 3 other BMW's as well. :-)

Here's what I would look at:

Make sure all the electonics, windows and sunroof work properly.

Visual check of engine components to make sure there isnt any leaks.

To see the car's true colors it needs to go up on the lift so you can check whether anything is leaking: transmission, oil, coolant..etc.

Check the brakes and tires.

Test drive and make sure it shifts smoothly.

Best thing you can do is hire a mechanic to come with you, spend a few bucks extra to know exactly what your getting.

i checked it out today. everything was impeccable until i turned on the ac. it smelled of oil. awful. ¦~{ it iis quite disappointing.

Hmm weird. You can check the carbon filter but i doubt its that sounds like it might be a serious problem.
