hi I have a problem with my cooling system the bottom pipe on the radiator never
gets hot just warm. could there be a air lock in the system. the heating system is fine blows out red hot. temp gauge sits in the middle any ideas many thanks.
sounds like you have no problem at all. the radiator return pipe shoudl be cooler.
watch the temp indicator closely though, they are buffered (i.e. the indicator sits right in the middle eventhough the sensor sees varying temperature. the needle starts going up only if it exceeds a certain value).
