Clicking sound coming air conditioning in my '06 325i

I have noticed a clicking sound when my air conditioning is on. It sounds like sticking a piece of paper into a slowly rotating fan. It only makes the sound when the air conditioning is turned on. It also sounds like its mainly coming from the middle of the dash over towards the passenger side. Its not particularly loud and can't be heard if there's wind noise or music playing. Any one else experience this?

Sounds like the bearings in your climate control fan are going and the fan is rubbing against the sides of the housing. The fan is located on the passenger side, behind the glove box.
