I have a 2003 325xi and i was told by the parts department at my local dealer that they do not make clear corner and tails for my bmw, he told me that if i wanted to get them done i would have to get them aftermarket and that they could not install them for me. So my question is where is the best and most reliable place that i can order them for my car and as far as having them put on is there any one in the Chicago area that knows of an experienced auto shop that will do it correctly without screwing anything up?
You can check bavauto.com and bimmian.com...and as far as installing them they're usually rediculously simple, you'd save time and money just putting them on yourself. I can get the lights off of my E39 in under 2 minutes, and I don't think that the E46 could be much more complicated.

if the '03s are anything like my 2000 its seriously a peice of cake. front and back don't waste money on a garage install. post when you get them and one of us will walk you through it. or just check out this DIY link.
yah seriously don't waste your time with a dealer install, they will rip you of teribbly. i put in all the clears on my car, sidemarkers, corners, and tails and it probably took no more than 8 minutes to do them all. bavauto.com is a good place, with reliable parts.

I am ordering the clear bulbs for mine and came across a lot of this stuff on ebay..
There are a lot of clear titanium corner lights on auction. Just go to ebay and search E46 and it will all pull up for you.

Just get them from Parts4Euro.com, they sell the OEM ones.
