If by "lens" you mean headlights, side markers or rearlights, then the answer for North America is no. You would have to go aftermarket or ask the dealer to add it afterwards.
Thanks for the reply! The reason I asked is because the window sticker on the used 02 325ci had clear lens written kinda like an option. The lens I speak of are the side markers, and the turn signals front and rear. I have noticed on other same years and models they have yellow lens, hence my reason for asking. So they come stock with yellow???

IIRC clears lens are avalible in Europe, but not NA (ie they are amber, red, etc as you say)
.
From what Ive been told (mostly in this fourm), is that clear lens' are legal in NA, however the bulb must be amber, red, etc.
Pacific BMW as an example for where to order them. Approx cost is 400ish. Ill be getting them when my car finnaly arrives later on this month.

Are you so sure about the clears not being available in North America? I bought my BMW from this 70 year old woman who bought the car new at the dealer and it came with factory clears. Could it be a feature that you can opt for?

Thats why I appened with "IIRC" :-), looks like I was wrong!
If they were a factory option, I certainly didnt notice it in Canada when I bought mine (as I would have opted for it). Im told it is a dealer option however, installed after the car is shipped and on top of the MSRP, etc.
Plus Im refferring to the E46 sedan, should have been more specific.
after 09/2001 model, the clear lenses weren't approved by DOT for the sedans. the coupes and m3 models after 09/01 still have clear lenses available from the dealer. if you'd like to purchase clear lenses for a sedan model after 09/01 i believe you're gonna have to go with aftermarket. several websites provide these lenses.
