Check engine light/misfire codes..HELP!!!

Hey guys I could really use some help here. I have a 2005 352XI with 140,000 miles. Within the lase three weeks have replaced the spark plugs; ignition coils, all four oxygen sensors. Yesterday I replaced the crankcase with all four hoses. I started it up and the "EML"; ABS and brake light. I drove the car and it was in limp mode. I checked again all the connnections. Nothing found no leaks, etc. Drove It in limp mode to Autozone and read codes. PO 300-306, which is misfires in cylinder 1-6, also PO 171 and PO 174, which is system tto lean bank 1 and bank 2. WTF!!! So I checked the spark plugs again and the tips are covered in black soot, they are not wet and no oil on them or on the coils. When I start the car up, the lil light that has the exclamation point doesn not come on, just the SES light, however, the car drives in limp mode. I press the accelerator and it barely goes. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

I would try a "Reset" first, get a cheap code-reader too, this will save you labor charges !!
