check engine light on with codes for oxygen sensor

hi all i have a 2001 bmw 325xi 128000 miles on it check engine light is on with codes as fallow
240 missfire cyln #3
243 missfire cyln #6
238 missfire cyln #1

203 O2 bank 2 control limit
202 O2 bank 1 control limit
227 O2 bank 1 control deviation
228 O2 bank 2 control deviation

whats done so far is:

-changed bank one and two senser one
-spark plugs
-3 coils on cyln #3,6 and 1

cleared the codes drove it for 10 min codes pulled up again as:

203 O2 bank 2 control limit
202 O2 bank 1 control limit
227 O2 bank 1 control deviation
228 O2 bank 2 control deviation

one more thing it has a little hezitation when i first start it then goes away any ideas or someone that can help please let me know thanks.

I had the CEL come on some time back pointing to a O2 sensor deviation. It would happen after refueling. It was distracting enough I bought an OBDII code reader to clear the code.

The dealer updated the computer firmware as part of other routine maintenance while the car was under warranty, and I haven't seen the problem since.
