Hi,

I have a problem with my engine light always coming on, I took it to a garage and they replaced the cam shaft sensor, an o2 sensor and a pipe... altogether it cost over £250 and the light has still come on....

Can anyone tell me where these are located so I can check these has been done?

I have come to a conclusion that it may have something to do with the fuel levels, when I have a full tank, the light remands off until it gets near 1/4 tank, is there a sensor in the fuel tank?

Any help or advice would be most appreciated.

Regards,
Pete

if you can get a hold of a OBD-II code reader those can tell you exactly why the light has come out.

It could be as simple as your gas cap being off for a little while. (Happend to me) The light would reset its self after a few days.

The light is there to let you know one or more of many things could be wrong.
