Moocow is an unknown quantity at this point
Why do they build a cd player where the catridge fits no matter how you put it in?? Any suggestions on how to get it back out or do I need to take it to the dealer?

If it is an Alpine changer just slip a credit card between your cartridge and the release button. The cartridge should pop out...
