HI all
new 2 site I drive a 318ci coupe auto 2002 . anybody know how to get the cartridge magazine out when its stuck . the auto changer is in the boot and what normally happens is you open the sliding front panel press the eject button and the magazine holding the cds pops out . when i press the eject button it gos through the motions you hear it trying to eject but the cartridge stays inside.
Take the unit out, remove the cover on the 7 series there's s sprung hook which you can pull back which then releases the cartridge.It may be slightly different on yours but the principle is the same.
