So my car is aquipped with the buttons on the steering wheel for calling people using the BMW car phone, but I dont have a BMW car phone. However I was wondering if without buying a BMW car phone, if there is some sort of kit or something I can get so I can plug my current cel phone up to the car and make it work the same way kinda, having the person I'm talking to hear me while their voice comes through a speaker.. BMW offers an integrated phone system as well as a bluetooth retrofit for some models. Your best option is to contact BMWNA or a dealer to get part #'s and prices. I think it runs $500+ for either option, though.
Call Circle BMW or Pacific BMW for pricing and availablility. They'll get you some of the best prices out there.

One can install Boluetooth module, but e46 have to be made after 03/2002. That what dealer told me.
I am trying to find out what is the difference. But no luck so far....
