Buying A New 320i Saloon 2005

BMW are having a great offer on the last batch of 320i since there will be a new 3 series soon. It is new shipped in March. For GBP21,000 you get:
Montana Leather seats, Automatic gear, Memory seats, armrest, Metallic paint, 17inch BMW wheels, Clear lenses, 6 CD changer , etc.. Normally this costs about 25K. Do you think I should go for it? 170BHP should be enough on the roads?
I know the new style BMW will cost about 6 K more. Should I go for this bargain?
Anyone who has a 320i and think it is worty it?

Wow that is a good price, £21000 is damn cheap...all those options about 6 months ago would be paying near 28 -29K. OMG that is really cheap and i think the 2.0l is more than adequete in performance for the UK
